LEGAL
Terms & Conditions.
Last updated: 14 August 2026
This is a template for legal review. It is not legal advice.
These terms govern your use of this website, and set out the basis on which we discuss and agree work. One section deserves reading in full even if the rest does not: our wellbeing programmes are educational, and nothing here is medical, dietetic or psychological advice.
01
Who we are
This website is operated by CENH Consultancy, an AI education and corporate wellbeing consultancy based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, we, us and our mean CENH Consultancy, and you means the person or organisation using the site.
- Trading name: CENH Consultancy
- Address: Dubai, UAE
- Contact: hello@cenhconsultancy.com
02
Accepting these terms
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms as the business changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
03
What we do
We provide AI education and advisory, and corporate wellbeing programmes: levelled courses, workshops, private mentoring, executive advisory engagements and ongoing programmes. Services are delivered in person and online, from Dubai to teams worldwide, in English.
Programme descriptions on this site, including formats, durations, group sizes and cadence, are indicative starting points that we tailor to each client. They are information, not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on this site creates a contract by itself.
04
Enquiries, proposals and engagements
Sending the contact form or booking a discovery call starts a conversation. It does not book a date, reserve capacity or commit either side to anything.
Work begins only when both sides have signed a written proposal or engagement agreement setting out scope, dates, fees, payment terms, cancellation and confidentiality. Where anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails for that engagement.
Dates are held only once confirmed in writing by us. Fees quoted in a proposal are valid for the period stated in it.
05
Not medical, dietetic or psychological advice
Our corporate wellbeing work is educational. Nothing on this website, and nothing delivered in a workshop, course or programme, is medical, dietetic, nutritional or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment, and none of it substitutes for care from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
We do not provide individual clinical consultations, personalised meal plans, or therapy, through this website or in our programmes. Sessions are group education about the evidence and about practical habits at work.
Never delay or disregard professional advice because of something you read here or heard in a session. If you or a colleague need support, speak to a qualified professional, or contact your local emergency service in an urgent situation.
06
Not legal, regulatory or technical advice
Our AI education is general professional education. It is not legal, regulatory, financial or information-security advice. You remain responsible for the tools your organisation adopts, for how they are configured, for the data you put into them, and for your own compliance decisions. Output produced by AI tools should always be verified by a competent person before you rely on it.
07
Using this site
You may read this site, print pages for your own reference, and share links to it.
You must not:
- copy, republish, sell or redistribute content from the site, other than as permitted below;
- scrape the site systematically, or use its content to train a machine-learning model;
- attempt unauthorised access to the site or any system behind it, introduce malicious code, or interfere with its operation;
- submit anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory or abusive through the contact form, or impersonate anyone; or
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
We may withdraw access if these terms are broken, and we report serious misuse to the relevant authorities.
08
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, design, layout, imagery, the CENH wordmark and the underlying code, and all course materials, slides, frameworks, templates, exercises and workshop content, belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other rights.
Participants in a programme receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials issued to them for their own work inside the client organisation. That licence does not permit resale, publication, re-teaching of the material to others, or use in a competing offer.
Sessions may not be recorded, streamed or transcribed for distribution without our prior written permission. The CENH name and wordmark may not be used without our written permission.
09
Material you send us
Please do not send confidential, commercially sensitive or personal health information through the contact form. Introduce the topic, and we will agree a secure route and confidentiality terms before anything sensitive is exchanged.
When you send us material you confirm that you are entitled to share it, that it is accurate as far as you know, and that sharing it with us breaches no obligation you owe to anyone else. We use it only to respond to you and, where relevant, to deliver the engagement.
10
Third-party links
This site sometimes links to organisations, research and tools that we did not create. Those links are offered for convenience. We do not control the destinations, we do not endorse everything they publish, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
11
Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site available and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Content is reviewed periodically, and material that describes a programme may change as that programme develops.
12
Disclaimers
The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that its content is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose.
Outcomes described on service pages are what a programme is designed to achieve. They are not a promise of results. What an organisation gains depends on who takes part, how far leadership supports the work, and what happens after the sessions end, so we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes.
13
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity or data;
- we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content, or from decisions taken on the basis of it; and
- our total liability in connection with your use of this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Liability for paid work is dealt with in the engagement agreement for that work, and the agreement takes precedence over this section.
14
Privacy and cookies
Personal data sent through this site is handled as set out in our privacy policy. Our use of cookies, which is limited to what is strictly necessary, is described in the cookie policy. Both form part of these terms.
15
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The current version is always the one published here, dated at the top of the page. Terms already agreed in a signed engagement are not changed by an update to this page.
16
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any competent court.
